yes, you can get instafire, but on that you have to have an instagram account, sadly you can't take photos or share them, only follow people and like pictures, there are other ways of getting the real instagram onto your kindle fire hd, by downloading a file onto your computer/lap top, and putting onto your kindle fire hd from the pc, hope this helps x
