I had a similar problem with a Gateway FX-6800-01e running Windows Vista, except on my machine Alt+F10 does not work, but F8 does. The following is the procedure I used. (I based this procedure on information in the Windows 7 Resource Kit, so it probably works for that operating system as well.) There has to be an intact recovery partition on the hard disk in order for this to work.

No guarantees, but this is what worked for me. DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO DESTROY ALL THE DATA ON YOUR HARD DISK, OR YOU ARE SURE THE DATA IS ALREADY DESTROYED!

In the following procedure, when I say to enter something, I mean type the text between the quotation marks and then press Enter. (Do not enter the quotation marks.)

1. While the system is going through the boot process, press F8 repeatedly until Advanced Boot Options comes up.

2. Choose Repair Your Computer.

3. Log in using a user name other than Administrator.

4. Select Command Prompt.

5. Type "diskpart" and press Enter.

6. Enter "list disk" to display a list of disk drives.

7. Enter "select disk <x>", where <x> is the number of the disk drive that has the recovery partition.

8. Enter "list partition" and figure out which one is the recovery partition. (Mine was 10 GB in size.)

9. Enter "select partition <x>", where <x> is the number of the recovery partition determined in the previous step.

10. Enter "detail partition" to see information about the partition. (This may help you confirm that you have selected the recovery partition.)

11. Enter "active" to make the recovery partition active. (This automatically makes the previously active partition inactive.)

12. Enter "exit" to exit from the diskpart utility.

13. Enter "exit" to exit from the command prompt.

14. Click on Restart. The recovery partition should now boot, allowing you to restore the system to its factory default configuration.

If one is trying to recover their computer from a crash, the best way is to restart the computer to see if it loads. If this does not work, one may consider booting in safe mode and using the system restore option. This is a simple matter if you had your information backed up to an external online resource. You will want to boot your computer and then a basic startup screen will appear. You can then choose system restore. The computer will revert to a restore point that you hopefully had set. You can then contact the online storage and get your files back.

Can you still get pregnant if your cervix has dropped?

It would depend on the severity of the prolapse and the method of repair. Assuming your doctor hasn't told you not to attempt a pregnancy (due to the risk of further damage) and you've had an adequate recovery, post repair, then pregnancy still should be an option.
