To restore a deleted company in Tally, you need to access the data folder where the company files are stored. Locate the company file with the extension .TSF (Tally Software File) or use the backup file if available. Rename the file to have a .DAT extension, then restart Tally to see the restored company in the company list. If you have a backup, you can also restore it by using the restore option under the 'Gateway of Tally'.

The "Exiting Tally internal error software exception c0000005" typically indicates an access violation error, which can occur due to issues like corrupted data files or conflicts with other software. To resolve it, first, ensure that Tally is updated to the latest version. Next, check for any corrupted data files and restore them from a backup if necessary. If the problem persists, consider reinstalling Tally or consulting Tally support for more specific troubleshooting.
