Either save the text boxes as pictures and replace the boxes with the saved picture versions or embed the fonts (see directions as followed). 1. Click Save As on the File menu. 2. Click Toolbar (toward the right on the Save as screen). 3. Click Save Options. 4. Select Embed True Type Fonts. Note that embeding fonts does not work on wordart, so those you must save as pictures.
