To show the scroll bar on Windows, you can go to the "Settings" menu. Navigate to "Ease of Access" and then select "Text Cursor." Here, you can toggle the option to always show scroll bars. Alternatively, in File Explorer, you can go to "View," click on "Options," and under the "View" tab, uncheck "Always hide scroll bars in Windows."
