To shrink a photo to 88 x 88 pixels in iPhoto you will need to ensure that the photo is square.
Click the photo to select it and click the Edit button at the bottom.
In the editor select the Crop tool.
Tick the Constrain option and select Square from the drop down menu.
Drag and resize the cropping box so that it captures most of the image.
Exit the editor.
Choose Export... from iPhoto's File menu.
In the Export window click the File Export tab at the top.
For the Kind menu select JPEG (unless you specifically want another format)
From the Size menu select Custom.
From the Max menu select Width and enter 88 in the 'of' box.
Select Height from the Max menu and enter 88 in the 'of' box.
Click the Export button. Give the picture a name and decide where to save it.
The Photobooth software requires Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or higher and is not available for Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger).
That is not possible. PhotoBooth is only available for Mac OS X.

Sorry, but you can't. It is strictly a Mac OS X program that comes bundled with every Apple computer. If you really desperately need Photo Booth, you will have to buy a Mac, which is what I'm typing this response on. Good luck buying a Mac!
No you cannot, as Mac OS X is designed on the software base of Unix which is different to the base of Windows, It will not work, it will only work properly on Mac OS X
