this is a communication error, the two printed boards in the control panel are not talking to each other, could be a few things drive motor ,pump motor ,motor control board, main control board ,ohm out the motors and the wiring to them,check the capacitor,make sure the pump motor spins freely, could have blockage in the pump,if all these check out ok probably the motor control board,check to make sure you have 120 volts to the board,check across the fuse mounted on the board there is a good wiring diagram inside the metal housing of the unit
