The easiest way is to connect the PC to the Mac via a USB cable and use Migration Assistant (Macintosh HD>Applications>Utilities>Migration Assistant). This should do it. Otherwise, you can format a USB drive or flash stick to MS-DOS and just drag and drop your files on your windows machine onto the drive and then plug it into the Mac, repeating the process in the opposite direction.
