There is probably an app, but I send a text message of the photos to my email & open it up on my laptop and then save it from there.

the sim card from your Motorola rizr can be transfered to any phone that is a phone that your network provides. (i.e. a sprint sim card cannot work in an at&t phone)
I have a Motorola V3Razr and purchased on Ebay the transfer cord and software disc for about $5 .It allows transfer thru an easy menu to move pictures and song/sound between phone and laptop and vice/versa...hope this helps
