You are better off buying what you need off the dell website.
on your mouse pad on the very right slide your finger down it and it should scroll down
Turn it off and turn it back on or restart it.
If you can turn it off you shall do so, when you turn it back on when it say resuming windows you should press control + alt + delete real quick and that sould fix it.
You could try changing it from BIOS settings, my dell inspiron laptop has an option there. There is also a setting on windows mobility center (press windows logo button + x).
Press the num lock key but if it is on f11 or something hold the fn key and press it
turn it off, then turn it ON... idiot
turn it off and restart it.
Just push the cap lock key again to turn it off.
Turn off and turn on again.
hold the button down for 10 seconds and it will turn off
try to call or contact your administrator that may work
