Very Simple........People just put ur brains a lit'l bit.
Best way is to take a permanent marker and put a bit of permanent color on the sensor. I used black permanent marker and rubbed(colored) it on top of the backlit keyboard sensor and now the keyboard light is on forever.

Go to Vaio Control Center and check in the keyboard settings:
It must say: Do not turn off (always on when Dark)
