Selections tools inside Adobe Photoshop are : Lasso tools, Marquee tools, Magic Wand and Quick Selection, Color Range from Select menu and you can also trace edges with Pen Tool or Magnetic Pen Tool which is accessible when Freeform Pen Tool is active.

The eraser, the marker/pen, the Marquee Tool, and the Type Tool.
The included pen is pressure sensitive and will change functionality depending on how much pressure is applied.
I don't think that Adobe Photoshop elements 6.0 has the pen tool, I've been playing around with it a lot and for what i want to do i need the pen tool and i can't for the life of me find it. I would assume that if it is there then it would be in the little window with the paintbrush and magnifying glass and all that, but it's not there.
There was a change in pressure within the cabin. The pen's ink compartment was at higher pressure pressure when you boarded, but the cabin pressure must have decreased enough at altitude to cause the pen to leak.
You would use the marker/pen/brush tool, or the paint bucket tool.
No Elements version have the pen tool. The vector features are limited, but the selection tools are very good, especially with version 14.
An Adobe Photoshop tutorial about the pen tool teaches one how to use this tool to make selections. The selections start with something called a path, which is basically a straight or curved line connecting two points in the image.
There is no other way u have to have photoshop to turn the image to jpeg it will not work otherwise it will just turn back to its original form that it was in
