You must have font installed. In Photoshop choose Type tool then in options bar (just below menus: File, edit, Image..) choose name of font from drop down list (rectangle with title inside: Arial, Myriad Web Pro..) or open Character panel from Window > Character and change font there (at top of panel- drop down list)
First open Avro keyboard, select Bengali using shortcut F12, then go to keyboard settings and change it Output as ANSI, then change the front Shyam Rupali ANSI
