Oh, dude, it's like super easy. You just hold down the "e" key on your keyboard until a bunch of options pop up, then you select the one with the accent. Voilà, you've got "fiancée" with the fancy accent and everything. It's like the keyboard's way of saying, "Hey, look at me, I can do accents too!"
Fiance with one e (and an accent) is the masculine. Fiancee is the feminine, with an accent over the first e. I can't figure out how to type accents on windows, though :-/
