If its on Facebook you simply go to your profile page. Go to the top right hand corner of the page and click on the downwards facing arrow. Then click on 'Account Settings'. After allowing it to load scroll down. You will see a red symbol with a small white horizontal line in the middle with words beside it reading 'Blocked people and apps'. On the right of this is blue writing saying 'manage blocking'. click on it and wait for page to load.
