Uninstalling GIMP is just like uninstalling any other program (if you have Windows). Go to start > control panel > uninstall a program (under Programs). Scroll down the list and click on GIMP and then click uninstall. An uninstall wizard should pop up that will uninstall the program. Wait until it's done uninstalling and it's removed from the programs list. Then you can exit out the window and GIMP should be gone.
