Imagine Bandicam is a camera that is facing your screen, it does not really matter whether you are using Firefox, Chrome, or any other browser. Therefore, it is more about configuring Bandicam than anything within Firefox.
Open Bandicam, change to the mode that allows you to choose a window, and choose your Firefox browser. After the selection, the hit record and all the activities that occur in that browser window will be recorded.
Other applications like OBS Studio and ScreenRec do the same job but with ease because they does not require most of the setup and is more focused on rapid recording.
To watch your Bandicam videos, you can go to the folder where you saved the recordings, typically located in the "Videos" or "Bandicam" folder on your computer. You can also open the videos directly from the Bandicam interface by navigating to the "Home" tab and clicking on the "Open" button next to the recorded file. Additionally, you can use any media player that supports the video format you recorded in.

I don't exactly know what you mean by that, but you could use Bandicam if you want a screen recorder.
