I can think of 2 ways:
1) Go to the windows command line Start->run "cmd"
- type in "cd Recycler" at he command prompt (no quotes)
- type in "dir *.*" to display all the hidden folders
then you can browse to the specific folders by typing "cd FolderName"
but this will be quite tiresome since the folders have very long names
2) Use alternate explorers/file managers which will allow you to browse hidden
folders, Xplorer2 comes to mind and FreeCommanderis also a good option.

You can view the cache files on your system but the folder is hidden. It is present in Chrome/UserData/Default/Cache.
Tools - Folder options and click View Tab. Enabling the option Show hidden files and folders will reveal you all those hidden files.
