Copy all starting with 'Enable Registry Editing and save to a text file and call it EnableRegistryEdit.vbs
Of course you need to have scripting enabled. Then simply double click and it will delete that value from registry.

If you limit the user's access privileges by changing their account to a "Limited" status, that might work.I'm not 100% sure...
The operating system will not allow limited users to change any of the system's settings or applications or add/removing programs or registry. Only Administrators can do all these things. User can only view the data. so the in the user account when user want to access registry he can not access and it shows an error as "Registry editing is Disable by your Administrator" I didn't find the above answer useful. Visit the related link where you will find how to enable or disable registry.
XP antispy has an option for that. And other useful options. Or do it via regedit or explorer
Registery editor and task manager is disable so plz enable solution
to disable the drives go to run and type regedit and press enter after press enter
Login to the computer as an Administrator or someone who has administrative privileges, you should then be able to access regedit via the run command. Most likely reason access has been disabled is because you have limited permissions to the computer. You only modify the registry if you know how to use a computer (as it can cause serious damage leaving your computer unusable), if that is true then there should have been no need to post this question.
If you are unable to open regedit, it may be due to several reasons. One common reason is that your user account may not have the necessary administrative privileges to access the Windows Registry Editor. Another possibility is that the regedit.exe file may be corrupted or missing from your system. You can try running regedit as an administrator or performing a system scan to check for any potential issues with the registry editor.
Disable the blocker - IF you're the administrator.
The registry is a vital portion of the operating system, so it is enabled automatically. There is no way I know of to disable it, so I don't know of a way to enable it. If you are referring to registry editing, then you might need a higher permissions level. Regedit, the default registry management program, may only be available to administrators.
