personal i think its because a humans brain got electric impulse in the brain and the computer runs on electricity and a brain can like a computer store memory's and remember them to the core ;) and last thing a computers main thing controls the other stuff in it like a human brain control our arm, legs and so.... hope you got your answers

It's a test - of a machine's capability to mimic human behaviour so precisely - that it is impossible to distinguish it from a real person. The subject then communicates with the human and the computer via computer screens. If the subject cannot distinguish between computer or human responses - then the computer is deemed to have passed the test.
