2.5GB = 2,500MG = 2,500,000KB

Sorry to but in by techincally there are a 1024 bytes in a Kb 1024Kb in a Mb and 1024Mb in a GB. This would make the sum for calculation 1024(bytes) * 1024(kb)*1024(Mb) * 2.5. ~ hope this helps
