Right-click on the graph and select Change Chart Type.
Excel does not have a specific chart area. You might be referring to the area within a chart where you can change the legend and other information. You will find chart tools on the Insert tab of the Excel 2007 ribbon.
It is a pie chart that is part of the sheet it is on and not on a sheet on its own.
Try the first link below, which shows you how to combine chart types to make new chart types. Alternatively you can use a ready made graph such as the ones at the second link below which you can include on your website.
It allows you to make charts or graphs. You will find it in the Charts section of the Insert Ribbon in Excel 2007.
Select the values that you want to chart. Then on the ribbon go to the Insert tab and you can choose a line chart from there to create it.

To set up a chart sheet in Excel, select your data, insert a chart, right-click it, choose Move Chart, and select New Sheet. Done! Your chart is now on its own sheet.
Excel does not create stylized text, but you can insert WordArt. You will find the WordArt option in Excel 2007 on the Insert tab in the Text section.
For Excel 2007 it is on the Insert tab of the menu ribbon.
