Id have to say the Nerf Raider because it has two firing modes ( single fire and Multi fire ). Also it holds 35 darts.
No you need pretty serious permits just for a hunting rifle. No automatic fire arm is legal in Canada

Uzi has slower rate of fire and higher accuracy and range. The MAC-10 shoots way faster than the uzi.
