Assuming you mean fluid ounce, it depends where you are:

* In UK 1 pt = 20 fl oz → 1 gallon = 8 pt = 8 x 20 fl oz = 160 fl oz

* In US: 1 pt = 16 fl oz → 1 gallon = 8 pt = 8 x 16 fl oz = 128 fl oz

[Note the US fl oz is also slightly larger than the Imperial fl oz: 1 US fl oz ≈ 1.04 imp fl oz.]
