preferaby a 126kb speed
A standard webcam captures 15 - 30 frames per second. If the webcam is connected to a computer via a USB socket it will not be able to produce much more. A high speed camera is specifically built to handle frame rates of 1000 per second and higher and uses an Ethernet connection and can have up to 32GB of memory built in to handle all the image data captured.
The WowWee should work within a thirty foot radius, depending on how much interference there is.
This can vary, however I would recommend at least 1 GB of RAM if you are going to be using msn messenger, skype, or any other webcam-compatible program. This will allow them to perform to the best of their ability in terms of speed.
about $30
Large home electronic stores, outlet stores and discount websites sell excellent webcams for well under $100.
The actual production of webcam cameras by the manufacturing company is little to none. Retail price for the average webcam is $20 in stores like Walmart. But factories make the webcam for about $0.02!
Properly optimized, it is possible to use a full-screen DVD-quality stream in lossless audio with a cable connection.
I think it would be connection sustainability and also download speed as well.
Most Broadband providers have a "cap" on how much you can download. If you are a high-volume user, they eventually limit your connection speed.
the connection speed is still 400kbps and the speed isn't divided it is shared so if one computer is streaming video that computer may use a larger portion of the 400 kbps.
