Having no experience at all, this is what I would do. Get a couple drops into the syringe and put the tip so its JUST in his mouth. Then squirt the tiniest amount in. The idea is to get him to realize you're trying to give him food and then he'd be eager for more. Keep in mind that this is unnatural for babies so if you can find a tiny bottle that'd be great.
I had pet baby mice, and this is what to do: Have your milk mixture ready; preferably KMR kitten milk formula, and make sure that it is lukewarm. Put a bit into the syringe. Hold it to the baby mouse's mouse, and only squeeze a TINY bit. The mouse should suck it out on his own. It'll tell you when its done using body language.
no
You can feed baby mice kitten formula by diluting the formula by a two thirds. Mice do not do well with cows milk.
You can feed baby mice water but they need more nutrients. Feed them a diluted blend of kitten formula, diluted twice as much as the directions say.
small mice
you can feed it either large grasshoppers or newly born mice... pinkie mice
poision
if you can not provide mice, you can feed it about three small worms twice weekly. how much it will eat depends on the temperature it is stored in.

Fill a pipette with baby soy milk formula (or kitten milk) and feed it to the baby mouse every 1-2 hours
sometimes they eat cheese but they are mostly preferred to eat peanut butter and bacon. Wild mice do eat allot of things but if these wild mice are babies they wont eat the cheese they will feed of their mums milk
Mice are mammals, and like all mammals, they produce milk to feed their newborns until the baby mice can eat solid food.
