The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) uses approximately 40 tons of ink each year to print U.S. currency, which translates to about 100 gallons of ink per day. The exact amount can vary based on production needs and the types of currency being printed. The BEP utilizes specific ink formulations to ensure durability and security features in the notes.
I heard around 451$ per day
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is responsible for designing and producing U.S. currency, but it does not handle the money in terms of distribution. The U.S. Department of the Treasury oversees the BEP, while the Federal Reserve System manages the circulation and distribution of the currency produced by the BEP. Essentially, the BEP focuses on the production of banknotes, while the Federal Reserve handles their management and flow in the economy.

Paper money is printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing ( BEP) in Washington, DC. I am not sure about bonds, but I would bet that BEP prints them as well. Stamp printing is now contracted out and several different printers get the various jobs by bidding on them. Ashton Potter in Tonawanda, NY, Avery Dennison in Clinton,SC and Sennet Security, in Browns Summit, NC do much of this printing, if not all.
