Your body usually lets you know. On the norm it's 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water a day, but when training you are perspiring more so you could up to 10 - 12 glasses a day and that would be enough. Gatorade or other drinks such as this is also good to replace salt loss while perspiring.

You should drink eight glasses of water a day. But drink more depending on weight or if you work out more. Their are various websites on line to help determine how much water you should drink if you work out more.
