Yes, you can try using a small amount of rubbing alcohol or vinegar on a cloth to gently wipe the affected area of the wood floor. Make sure to test in a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not damage the wood finish. If the spill is extensive or the wood finish is sensitive, professional help may be needed.

You shouldn't. Nail polish remover could damage your flute. I know because I spilled nail polish on my boyfriends *now husband* flute. and it got destroyed :(
Simply replace the keyboard. You can try to save the keyboard by thoroughly rinsing it in running water and letting dry for two days. (addition from Kimberly) I don't know if soaking it in water is the best idea, however you can use contact cleaner to clean the key wells and I've used cleaning wipes on the outer part of the keyboard when I spilled liquid on mine
My son spilled a half bottle of nail polish on my linoleum and I did not see it until It had dried. I used BORAX (COMPLETELY NON TOXIC and you can find it at any grocery storei in the laundry section) and a scrubbing brush. CAME RIGHT UP and did not ruin the finish!!! I swear by Borax. == == try brake parts cleaner and a q-tip try fingernail polish remover or lighter fluid It has probably taken off the shine from that place on the floor. Check with your local flooring company to see if you can get a wax or polish to restore the floor's sheen.
