Fastest way is to right-click on My Computer, click on Properties, then click on Hardware Tab, then you will see Device Manager.

If your os is Win 7 then go to START and type in on the search bar DEVICE MANAGER. When you enter the dev manager window open up the DISPLAY ADAPTORS tab and it should tell you. If your os system is Win XP then go into CONTROL PANEL and open up SYSTEM AND SECURITY and you should find it in there.
The device manager is already enabled. If you want to view it go to Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager.
