Put the initial date you want in the first cell and then use a formula to add 15 to that date in subsequent cells. So for example, in A1 you could type:
01/01/09
In A2 type:
=A1+15
That will give you 16/01/09 in the A2. Then copy the formula down and it will keep on adding 15 days to the previous date.
