You'll have to be a bit more specific. What are you trying to patch? Also, KDE 2 hasn't seen any sort of development since 2001, and even KDE 3.5 is only in maintenance mode. KDE 4.2 is the latest release (as of April 2009).
If you are looking for a ready-built FreeBSD system with KDE, try PC-BSD or DesktopBSD.
