You cannot run Mac on Windows XP. But you can run Windows on Mac
Unfortunetaly you can't. You can get a Windows setup on a Mac with Apples BootCamp drivers for a full native install or with an emulator like Parallels or VMWare that run in the background.

Your laptop depends on your preferences. If you are on a budget like most people you should go for a Dell or HP laptop. If you want your own personal, home computer get a Mac. Macs can also run Windows and Mac OS x. *wait til Christmas to buy because new operating systems are coming out for both; Snow Leopard and Windows 7
Unfortunately you cannot run Mac OS X games on windows.
To run windows XP and Mac OSX they recommend a minimum of 128MB of RAM. However for optimal performance they recommend 256MD for windows XP and 512MB for Mac OSX

If it runs on other Macs, then yes. If it runs on windows, likely not (unless you install windows on your Mac).
