Is it in the MP3, AIF, AIFF, or MP4-audio (M4A) format? If not, convert them to MP4 using this software: http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html If it is, you could try downloading it again. If you paid for it, you may need to explain what's happening to the customer support of the store that you downloaded it from. If you didn't pay for it, but it was given away as a free download from the artist, then you should be able to download it again easily. If you didn't pay for it and it was stolen/torrented/etc., you're an idiot and I hate you
