Unfortunately, there is no single command to delete empty rows. Your only option is to deleted them manually. HOWEVER - you can delete more than one row at once - even if they're not adjacent. Simply hold down the CTRL key, and left-click each empty row in turn - there will be a highlighted box in each row as you progress. Once you get to last one, right-click, select Delete and choose Entire row. Click OK and you're done. This will remove every row you highlighted.
