No at this time the company does not offer e-books that are compatible with use for a Kindle. It is uncertain at this time as to rather or not they will be developing a program that allows compatibility anytime int he near future.
The Kindle app on the iPad does not support collections or folders. Some other ebook apps such as Stanza do have a collections feature but they are not compatible with the DRM used on Kindle books.
