To play USB speakers on Windows 7, first, plug the USB speakers into an available USB port. Windows should automatically recognize the device and install any necessary drivers. Next, right-click the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Playback devices." In the Playback tab, right-click your USB speakers, choose "Set as Default Device," and click "OK" to confirm. You should now hear audio through the USB speakers.

This problem may be caused by a temporary error in Windows registry and may resolved by restarting your computer. You can also check the status of your USB port drivers in Device Manager and reinstall if necessary.

ok, i just figured this out! :D first you plug your phone into your computer USB port and the drivers will automatically install. Then use your phone and navigate to (in the smart menu): "tools" then "USB mass storage". once you click "USB mass storage" your computer should recognize your phone and an autorun will pop up. i use windows so when this happens, a box also appears in "Windows Media Player" that will automatically allow me to sync music onto my phone while retaining my playlists. good luck!
