No, a digital watch might be a microcomputer but most are not computers of any kind.
A typical basic digital watch uses a 32,768Hz quartz or ceramic resonator then a 15 bit binary scaler to generate 1Hz which then drives the decimal counters that provide the time to the display circuits. That's all, just counters; no memory, programs, interrupts, registers, arithmetic, etc. Nothing that a computer has. Fancier watches may use a different resonator frequency, scaler size, and may have multiple decimal counters for recording time in different ways (e.g. different timezones, stopwatch, timer), but still nothing that would make it a computer.
the first successfull minicomputer
The first successful minicomputer was the DEC (Digital Equipment Corporation) PDP-8, introduced in 1965. They sold more than 50,000.
minicomputer
DECnet from Digital Equipment Corporation is a suite of protocols which may be used on large networks that integrate mainframe and minicomputer systems. It is a routable protocol. DNA - Digital Network Architecture.
It has a minicomputer inside that records light onto a two-dimensional array of points. Each of these points is then assigned a digital value. In general all digital devices work on the same principle.

There is no digital watch that adjusts to time zone.
one of the first minicomputer firms from the late 1960s. Three of the four founders were former employees of Digital Equipment Corporation
Many computer historians consider the DEC PDP-1 to be the first minicomputer, but it was still quite large and was built entirely with discrete transistors. Most computer historians consider the DEC PDP-8 to be the first minicomputer as it was actually small enough to sit on a desk and later models were built with monolithic integrated circuits.
