There are both good and bad things to it:
Good : In case something wrong happens to your phone software, say it stops working, You need not to worry if your contacts / numbers are stored on a SIM. Simply you can move SIM from that phone to new and here you go. You got all your contacts with you.
That's only advantage of this.
BAD: Lots bad things.
1. SIM has very limited memory. So you can only stored few contacts on SIM.
2. The contact saved on SIM can not be detailed one. In most cases its just name and number. Things like address etc can not be stored on SIM.
Copy them on SIM card, then from SIM card on another mobile.
No you cannot. SIM only save texts, and numbers. You might be able to transfer with an SD card.
You save all of your numbers to your sim card on your old phone then put your sim card in your new phone. Simple. :D
Once you click on save it may give you an option. I think Blackberries automatically save to the SIM card.
Where is says 'Where would you like to save this Item' Put sim
go to contacts, options, back up contacts, save to sim card
Because they're silly ! You should never save personal information to a SIM card, as they can be read by anysuitable card-reader !
You cant, you can only move contacts from the sim card but not back onto it.
Go into your menu and select "Address Book." Scroll all the way to the bottom, and there should be an option called "SIM management." Select that, and you can choose to copy contacts to your SIM card, delete contacts from SIM card, or copy contacts from your SIM card.Note: you must go to the address book through the menu, not by selecting contacts. If you select contacts, you will not have the option to save to SIM.
No you don't
No sim cards are only for numbers
I guess it's better to save to the phone ans sim both
