Anime videos (amvs) are not compatible formats for Windows Movie Maker.The best material you could use for amvs would be RAWs (Original Japanese Audio/Videos). RAWs usually have the best quality, don't have any subtitles to get in the way, and are in a format that Windows Movie Maker can handle (.avi).The only place that you can reliably get RAWs at though is via bittorrent.

After choosing the anime/anime(pl), you need to find lots of pictures (try Google Images or PhotoBucket). You will also need a song that is related to your chosen anime, which you will need to already have or download from the internet (try iTunes or JapanFiles).
