If the computer is a custom build, then almost definitely. Changing the case just means replacing the parts from the original system into the new vertical tower. However, if the system is a store-bought, it's get's more tricky.

OEM systems tend to have custom-fitted hardware, that tends to not fit well in custom options. The hackery needed to make the switch on these systems can be a fun project, but you may end up putting a lot more time and effort (and possibly money) into it than you would have originally bargained for.

Ask a computer buddy who's built his own rig. He should be able to help you figure out if it's possible or not in your particular situation.

Hope this helps!

Do all lines have a slope?

Although all lines have the relationship that defines slope, one can argue that not all lines do have one. The exception would be vertical lines. Slope is defined as the vertical rate of change divided by the horizontal rate of change. In the case of a vertical line, there is no horizontal rate of change, and calculating slope would cause division by zero. The closest you could come to expressing the slope of a vertical line would be ∞
