It is unsafe both for the computer and you to work on a computer while it is plugged into a power supply. If you mean simply to use the computer, then no, it is perfectly safe as long as the generator doesn't generate more power than the computer can use. (probably 120 V)
oil goes through the generator and that turns it into electricity. the they go through the wires and get to the houses
From the Generator Plant electricity is sent out through transmission lines. These lines then lead to different substations where the electricity is sent off to another substation for distribution or repaired (due to losses in the transmission lines). From the distribution substations electricity goes off to service buildings or homes.
The majority of the world's electricity is supplied by fossil fuels, specifically coal, natural gas, and oil. These sources are used in power plants to generate electricity through combustion or steam turbines.
The steam from the boiling water is used to turn a turbine, which spins the rotor of a generator. The generator is what actually produces electricity.
A turbine is most commonly connected to a generator to produce electricity. The turbine may be turned by water falling into it, and a generator produces electricity by turning through a magnetic field.
in a generator electromagnets are used for producing flux for rotor to cut so it can produce current in small generator they will have residual magnetism and in big generator current is supplied to electromagnet from another small dc generator
Electricity from a simple generator is produced through the principle of electromagnetic induction. When a conductor, such as a wire coil, moves through a magnetic field, it generates an electric current. This current can then be harnessed to power electrical devices.
Electricity is produced in power station and then passed through to a generator. The generator passes the electricity through lines and then to another generator. it is again passed through lines and then to a primary customer which may be an industry or an electricity company. It is then passed on to a secondary customer through power lines through to your house.
Electric generator. May be a dynamor or a cell.
Windmills produce electricity by converting the kinetic energy of the wind into mechanical power through the rotation of turbine blades. This mechanical power is then used to turn a generator, which produces electricity through electromagnetic induction. The electricity generated can then be transmitted through power lines for use.
A windmill generator works by harnessing the kinetic energy of the wind to turn the blades of the turbine. The spinning blades then rotate a rotor inside the generator, which produces electricity through electromagnetic induction. The electricity generated is then transferred through power lines for use.
Electricity can be made through a generator. Or you can rub your feet across the carpet and make static electricity. There are many other ways that you can make electricity.
