no. mac books are newer if they are silver.
Search on Google images 'macbook aluminum' and then 'macbook white'. Look at the image of the closed macbook and you will see that their styles are slightly different. Hope I helped. Chloe, Student.
Both of these have benefits and losses. I know that the white MacBook's show every little mark that you make, but they don't show scratches. Aluminum MacBook's are apparently very good but show up lots of scratches.
Nope, the aluminum case on the new Macbooks are unibody, so they are not just the cover. You will have to buy the new unibody aluminum macbook to have that casing.
Apple do not sell black plastic Macbooks anymore. You'll have to have a white or aluminum one.
Because a person likes the MacBook Aluminium better F.E?
The original MacBook that was released in 2009 is not in production anymore, however it can be bought used on the internet for about $600. However, since the MacBook's release, many new variations of it have been released including the MacBook Pro and the MacBook Air, both of which are still being produced and updated and can be found on Apple's website for $1000-2200. (below)For The US You can buy a white macbook for $999, Macbook Pro $1199 and Macbook air $1499The Apple MacBook's price is at about $1,000-$1,400.The cost of a MacBook depends on the model selected and the options added.Check the Apple Store or an Authorized Apple Reseller.
Macbook air is newer, but a playstation 3 is the better buy since you can do just about the same stuff
May as well just buy the Aluminum MacBook. It cost just $300 more, which probably would cost less than trying to get it into aluminum casing, plus you get DDR3 Memory, bigger hard drive, and illuminated keyboard (Updated April 19, 2009, computer specs may have changed cense then) Whatever happens good luck. Hope you get what you want :)
The new MacBooks are only available in white.

A bygone Apple laptop refers to older models of Apple's laptop line, such as the MacBook, MacBook Pro, or MacBook Air, which are no longer in production or widely used today. These laptops often feature outdated hardware and software compared to current models. They may evoke nostalgia among users who appreciated their design and functionality during their time. Examples include the white MacBook or the early aluminum MacBook Pro.
With the introduction of the MacBook Air and having the newer MacBook Pros, it was time to retire the original MacBook for sleeker looking and better working computers. The sales for the original MacBook were aslo severely dwindling due to customers purchasing the two laptop models and the iPad.
