ok download superantispyware and malwarebytes antimalware then launch superantispyware FIRST! ALSO DO ALL THE STEPS IN SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING TO DO SO TURN ON OR RESTART THE COMPUTER AND PRESS F8 REPEATEDLY AND THEN SELECT SAFEMODE WITH NETWORKING THEN DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE I MENTIONED. Once it is launched do a FULL scan at the end delete the infected stuff then restart the computer but this time don't do the safe mode if the antivirus action is still there then restart it again and do the safe mode with networking then launch malwarebytes then do a QUICK scan at the end delete the infected stuff then restart your computer this time you do not use safemode let it start normally it should be gone but i recommend that you use your antivirus program to scan for any extras of the virus my antivirus is Microsoft security essentials.
