Is there a free editing software that would let you cut out part of the middle of the clip like if you had a 20 sec video could you take out 13 to 17 sec so I would have 1 to 12 and 18 to 20 sec?

Im not saying that. I'm saying a software that will let me cut out the middle of my video, not just the ends. I don't want one that cuts out the last 3 secconds and the first 6. I want one that will cut out the seconds between 6 and 12 so I'm left with 1-5 and 13-20 put in one video.

It's easy to cut out the middle of a video and combine the left small segments together. You can directly use online tools(there are many different options if you search). However, if you require lossless quality and fast cutting speed, I think Joyoshare Media Cutter is worthy.
