There is an easy way to make changes while in Print Preview. Simply click to select the "magnifying glass" or "magnifier" from the toolbar. Now you can point and click the mouse in the document and make necessary changes. When the "magnifier" is not selected, the magnifier acts as a "zoom" option.

If you notice errors in your document during print preview, you need to exit the print preview mode and return to the document editing view. From there, you can make the necessary corrections.
