The Mac version of Google's Chrome browser is a beta (testing) version and many features do not work. It does handle audio in a different way from other browsers so it is not picked up by Audio Hijack. You can select the System audio from the left hand source pane in Audio Hijack but that will record any other sounds the Mac makes too.
