Search for 'free Malayalam font download' in google search. After downloading, right-click on the font icon, and choose 'install' from the menu. (If the windows is 7 or vista.) In XP, go to c:\windows\fonts folder. From the file-menu, choose 'install new fonts'. Then browse the drive/folder where the fonts are downloaded. Select them, and press OK.
