If you want to totally remove Windows XP from your computer, put the Windows 7 disk inside the computer and then restart. If it still boots into Windows XP, change your boot order. Do some research on your BIOS and see how to change your boot order. Make sure that "CD-DVD" Comes before "Hard Drive" or anything like that. Then reboot your computer. You should now be welcomed to the Windows 7 installer.
