When a gallery on the Ribbon has more options than can be displayed, you can click its button to open the full gallery. This action reveals additional choices that were not initially visible. You can then scroll through the options and select the desired item from the expanded view. This feature allows for easier access to a broader range of tools and styles.

There is only one ribbon in Excel. It has multiple tabs. The options for borders and shading are in the Font group on the Home tab.

To add borders or shading in a document using the Ribbon tab, first select the text or page you want to modify. Then, go to the "Design" tab for page borders or the "Home" tab for text shading. Click on "Page Borders" to set borders for the entire page, or use the "Shading" dropdown in the Paragraph section to apply color to the selected text. Adjust your choices as needed in the dialog boxes that appear.

To display the menu in Excel, you can right-click on a cell or the ribbon area to open context-specific options. Alternatively, you can click on the "Home," "Insert," "Page Layout," or other tabs in the ribbon to access different menus. Additionally, pressing the "Alt" key will show keyboard shortcuts for navigating the ribbon menus.
